Move the cursor over the drawing as close as possible to the girl's figure, hold down Alt and click on the selected area of the background. It is better to enlarge the image for ease of processing. On the property bar, set the hardness to 100% and the brush size to 5-10 pixels. From the toolbar select the Clone Stamp Tool ("Stamp"). In our case, this is the sea around the abdomen and the head. By changing the size of the brush, apply a mask to the image around the area that you will be processing. Such high values of density and pressure are needed so that the mask does not smear over the image, but hides only those areas that need to be protected from deformation. On the right side of the property bar, set the brush size Brush Size = 20, Brush Density Density = 100, Brush Pressure = 100. On the toolbar, activate the Freeze Mask ("Freeze"). Select Filter and Liquify from the main menu. Use the Ctrl + J combination to copy the image to a new layer, so as not to damage the original during further work.
